Welcome home! Tristan Oaks was founded in 1997 and our mission has not changed: we want to educate riders and train horses according to the classical training scale that has proved successful for generations. We want to bring each horse and rider to their greatest potential. At Tristan Oaks we are very mindful of the fact that in today's world everyone is balancing schedules, budgets and priorities and we want to enhance each rider's experience by listening carefully to your goals. Our facility provides riders with two arenas, one outdoors and one under cover with state of the art German Geo Textile (GGT) footing and 75 ft of mirrors. We try to balance the safety and close attention of our horses with a lifestyle that allows them to be real horses as much as possible! We are not fancy, we are well equipped, dedicated, experienced and excited about helping our customers succeed in accomplishing their goals and developing the potential of their horses.
