FARM HELP/LABOR

WORKING STUDENTS
MUST HAVE SOME DRESSAGE or other riding experience and experience with horse care in general. This is a Working Student Position and not a job. We are looking for dependability, responsibility, honesty, self motivation, intense work ethic, a love of horses, and the ability to be a team player. This is a drug free environment. Duties include assisting with barn chores am and pm. Occasionally we have boarded a students horse with a combination work/payment arrangement. We want students to be able to observe lessons, training and customer service etc. A lot depends on the individual's experience, ability to communicate with customers and, of course level of riding skills. For the right person we can develop a program that enables a future equine professional to gain the experience they need in several key areas. We place a premium on dependability, correct manners in regard to customer interaction and timeliness. We have several full and part time options. Call to talk to us about your goals.
